What we do

Branded Consumer Concepts (Dessert & F&B)

H&G Group develops and operates scalable dessert and food & beverage brands deployed across multiple formats, including high street stores, mall inlines, kiosks, travel retail, and seasonal pop-ups for high-footfall urban and resort locations. H&G Group’s branded consumer concepts are validated through active international operations and a disciplined governance framework.

Hans & Gretel, the Group’s flagship brand, operates successfully across eight countries, with four additional international markets currently in development. Expansion is delivered through structured franchising and licensing models, supported by standardized operating procedures, centralized training programs, quality assurance protocols, and a unified supply chain.

Across both owned and partner-operated locations, the Group applies strict governance through brand audits, food safety policies, and performance monitoring. Real-time data dashboards and regular compliance reviews ensure consistent quality, operational discipline, and brand integrity across markets.

Experiences & Destinations

The Group designs and operates seasonal themed parks and immersive destination experiences, including large-scale public attractions and live events.

These projects are built around diversified revenue streams such as ticketing, food & beverage, retail, sponsorships, and partnerships, while offering strong brand visibility.

H&G Group delivers experiential and destination projects through a fully integrated, turnkey model designed to reduce execution risk and maximize partner value. From concept development and scenography to staffing, safety, and guest flow management, the Group assumes end-to-end responsibility for delivery and operations. Flexible partnership structures enable collaboration with municipalities, venue owners, and sponsors, aligning commercial objectives, timelines, and risk profiles.

Operational governance is embedded at every stage, with detailed capacity planning, health and safety protocols, structured vendor management, and clearly defined service standards. This disciplined approach ensures safe operations, consistent visitor experience, and reliable performance across seasonal and large-scale destination projects.

Supply Chain & Enablement

Foodylicious is H&G Group’s centralized supply chain and enablement platform, designed to support scale, consistency, and speed across international markets. It covers central production and sourcing, product development, quality assurance and compliance, logistics and cold chain, training, and design-build toolkits. This shared infrastructure delivers cost predictability, faster product rollouts, and simplified operations for both owned and partner-operated locations.

Governance is anchored in HACCP and ISO frameworks, with approved supplier networks, full traceability, scheduled audits, and defined issue-response protocols. This disciplined structure safeguards quality, ensures compliance, and enables reliable performance as the Group expands across borders.
